    • Create pictures that will endure through the generations.  The Stylus C88+ has pigmented, light-resistant, smudge-resistant DuraBrite Ultra inks, which produce pro-quality pictures that can last 100 years!
    • Fast printing up to 23 ppm black, 14 ppm color.  Enjoy consistent, high-quality output with every project — print speeds up to 23 pages per minute in black and white, 14 pages per minute in color (manufacturer speed ratings).
    • Print BorderFree® pictures in all popular sizes.  Epson's special borderless printing system can create pictures in all popular sizes, ready for framing: 4" x 6", 5" x 7", 8" x 10", and 8 1/2" x 11". You can even print on banner-size sheets up to 8 1/2" x 44" with borders. Great for celebrations and announcements!
    • Dense print resolution up to 5760 x 1440 dpi optimized.  You'll impress yourself with crisp, clear text that's easy to read as well as bright graphics and photos that are enjoyable to view.
    • Individual ink cartridges help you save money.  When a color runs out of ink, simply replace that color — the Stylus C88+ features a 4-part system of Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow. No need to throw away a cartridge that still has perfectly good ink inside!

We have at least a dozen of them throughout our offices and they keep plugging away through the daily grind. It will be a sad day for us when I find that I can't buy replacements for them any more. Thank goodness this is still available so that users with power books and older vintage Macs have a printer driver that functions and they do not have to get new computers just because no printer interfaces with it.       Rated 5 out of 5�by Epson c88+ inkjet printer This printer is excellent for my needs and is about the 8th one I've purchased. It produces excellent reproduction of photos, which I use annually to produce about 25 family calendars. Not good for a quick copy of something, as it has no flatbed to copy anything. Also seems to have a short function/operating life. I stay with it even though I've used other multi-function Epson printers. It is also a money pit for expensive ink. January 22, 2016
